Built in the 1800's, the Underwood Sardine Factory is now Underwood condominiums, eight units of beautiful Harbor living. The condominiums include the original granite quay shipping pier and the sound of ocean waves breaking on its foundation. Two minutes from the world famous Bass harbor Head Lighthouse, this brick building was the center of a Maine fishing village and is one of the best examples of a green reuse project.

Knox Mill East, Mixed Use Project, Camden, Maine



Knox Mill East is a third generation multi-use rehab project. The abandoned Know Mill became the New England Headquarters for MBNA in the early 1980's, was abandoned again, and reused as residential condominiums and commercial retail space in 2007. DCampbell LLC was honored to become the design/build Construction Manager representing Maine Investment Properties, Baltimore, Maryland.
